Stylish Fashion

This is what I mean by externalizing costs. A big company will get their nice new shiny shirt for they then turn around and sell to you for But if you love the shirt, the voice in your mind ask - how the heck can they sell for only $ 5 bucks? They may, as local lakes, rivers and streams and the local workforce, where shirts are made took the lion's share of costs. In other words, the costs charged.

Want some of this tragedy? As you read this far, I do not think you do. So what can we do to effect change? Fortunately, we can do much. It is a fact that over 70% of our economy is driven by you, me, your neighbor. It is true that almost three quarters of consumerism drives our economic activity. It's bread and butter of large companies.

If you say NO to fast fashion, and yes to organic, fair trade clothes, you make a difference. As more people stand up and say the same, your total votes force big companies to change. They will just have to change or obsolete. You hold all the cards.
